Ragatz Realty represented the owners of Waterfall Resort in the sale of their high-end fishing lodge. The purchaser of the property was a private hospitality investment and management firm.
Waterfall Resort is located on Prince of Wales Island in southeast Alaska. It has operated as a fishing lodge for over 35 years, after having been converted from a salmon cannery. Containing accommodations for 96, a fleet of 27 custom-built boats, full-service dining and other services, it is thought to be the largest and best-equipped fishing lodge in Alaska.
